Setup Flow
The setup procedure differs according to the work you are in charge of.
People in Charge of Installing the Services of Canon Business Imaging Online and Managing Users
The following setup procedure is for people in charge of all work. When the work for installing Forms Services and installing Print Services is assigned to separate people, both "Person Installing Forms Services" and "Person Installing Print Services" should be referred to so that work is not duplicated.
Required Privileges
Operational administrator privileges or administrator privileges for the Tenant
[Administrator] role and [User] role for Forms Services
The [User] role is required to actually create forms using selected/customized forms.
[Administrator] role and [User] role for Print Services
The [User] role is required to actually print stored forms.
