Preparing the SFPs

Various settings and checks are required for all the devices that will print forms.

Set Satera LASER BEAM PRINTER series devices with the following procedure.

NOTE
For information on imageRUNNER ADVANCE series devices, see "Preparing the MFPs".

Set the device so it can be accessed from a network → check the IP address.

For more information, see "Setting the Network and Checking the IP Address".

Set the device so that it can be operated from the Remote UI.

For more information, see "Remote UI Settings".

Set a proxy.

For more information, see "Proxy Settings".

Check the certificate → install the certificate.

Check whether a valid certificate is installed, and install one if necessary.

For more information, see "Checking Certificates" and "Installing a Certificate".

Install the applications required for Print Services.

Access Token Provider, PullPrint Service Provider, and Print Services Clientmust be installed. For more information, see the instruction manuals of each MEAP application.
