Terms Used in This Manual
This section describes an overview of the terms used in this manual.
Tenant
Tenants have licenses for the various services of Canon Business Imaging Online and are the Customer organizations that use them.
Operational Administrator
The first user registered when creating a Tenant. Receives account information from the sales company. Has administrator privileges for the Tenant assigned by default, and registers members that use the various services as users in the Tenant.
Administrator User
A user with administrator privileges for the Tenant. Can change the user information in the Tenant, such as registering new users and assigning the roles for each service to users.
General User
A user without administrator privileges for the Tenant. Can use each service after being assigned roles for them.
General users for a Tenant are sometimes referred to with "general user privileges for the Tenant" in this manual.

Roles for Each Service
It is necessary to assign roles to users so they can use the various services of the Tenant. Users can have multiple roles. For example, a single user can have four roles at the same time; the [Administrator] role and [User] role for Forms Services and the [Administrator] role and [User] role for Print Services.
[Administrator] Role for Forms Services
Manages forms and images used in forms and created forms.
[User] Role for Forms Services
Creates forms in Salesforce.
A license is required for every user to assign a role to.
[Administrator] Role for Print Services
Registers devices to print created forms with and sets login information associations for linking with devices, etc.
[User] Role for Print Services
Prints created form documents.
A license is required for every user to assign a role to.
[Auto Batch Printing] Role for Print Services
Uses Print Services for Auto Batch Printing.
