Web Browser Settings (When Using Internet Explorer)
Change the Web browser settings in all computers that will use Print Services. The following operations are required when using Internet Explorer.

Print Services cannot be used on computers using Internet Explorer 7. For more information, see "System Requirements". |
1.
Start Internet Explorer.
2.
From the [Tools] menu, select [Internet Options].
3.
Click the [Security] tab → select [Local Intranet] → click [Sites].
4.
Deselect everything → click [OK].
5.
Click [OK].
Canceling the Compatibility View
1.
Start Internet Explorer.
2.
From the [Tools] menu, select [Compatibility View Settings].
3.
Deselect everything → click [Close].
The compatibility view is canceled when you restart Internet Explorer.
