When it is necessary to access a proxy server to connect to the internet, specify proxy settings in the device. This operation is not required for network environments that do not need to access a proxy server.

Log in to the device.
Log in by entering the following address in the Web browser.

https://<IP address of the device>:8443/

If SSL communication is enabled for the device

Enter the authentication information → click [Log In].

Click [Settings/Registration].
4.
Click [Network Settings] for [Preferences].
5.
Click [Proxy Settings] for [TCP/IP Settings].
6.
Select [Use Proxy] → enter [HTTP Proxy Server Address] → [HTTP Proxy Server Port Number] → click [OK].
7.
Restart the device.
