Various settings and checks are required for all the devices that will print forms.
Set imageRUNNER ADVANCE series devices with the following procedure
1.
Set the device so it can be accessed from a network → check the IP address.
2.
Set the device so that it can be operated from the Remote UI.

3.
Set a proxy.
For more information, see
"Proxy Settings".
4.
Check the certificate → install the certificate.
Check whether a valid certificate is installed, and install one if necessary.
5.
Install the applications required for Print Services.
Access Token Provider, PullPrint Service Provider, and Print Services Client must be installed. For more information, see the instruction manuals of each MEAP application.
When Using Access Management System
The following settings must be specified. For more information on the procedure, contact the administrator of the Access Management System or see the instruction manual included with the Access Management System.
Devices used with Print Services
Deselect [Print from drivers without AMS Printer Driver Add-in] ([PDL print jobs not for function restrictions] for some models) in the [Configuration] in SSO-H.
Users that use Print Services
In [User Management] in SSO-H or [User Management] in [Access Management Plug-in] in [imageWARE Enterprise Management Console], set a role with printing privileges for the users that will use Print Services.
