Deleting Users
The administrator users of a Tenant can delete users in their own tenant.
IMPORTANT
You cannot delete the operational administrator.
The user performing the operation cannot be deleted.
Required Privileges
Administrator privileges for the Tenant
1.
Log in to Canon Business Imaging Online.
For more information, see "Logging In".
2.
On the [Home] screen, click [Edit User Information] in [Manage Users].
3.
Search for the user.
Select [Search Parameters].
[User ID]
Searches by user ID.
[Last Name]
Searches by last name.
[First Name]
Searches by first name.
[Comment]
Searches by comment string.
Enter [Keyword].
You can specify wildcards (*).
Search condition
Example keyword
Description
[User ID]
sato_ichirou@example_sales.co.jp
sato_*
Searches by user ID, and displays the corresponding user.
[Last Name]
Sato
Suzuki
Searches by user's last name, and displays the corresponding users.
Click [Search].
The corresponding users are displayed in a list.
4.
Select the user to delete.
5.
Click [Delete].
6.
Click [Yes].
The user is deleted.
NOTE
If the deleted user was assigned a role that consumes a license ([User] role), the number of licenses in use decreases by one.
