Forms Services
You can place custom buttons for Forms Services on the Salesforce screen, which create forms when clicked. (See "Creating Forms".)
For details on placing custom buttons, see Canon Business Imaging Online Forms Services Application Installation Guide.
Form files for form formats can be customized with a dedicated editor and registered.
Print Services
A service that prints the forms created with Forms Services from devices via the internet.
Direct printing and authenticated printing can be performed from Canon devices without using a printer driver. (See "Printing a Form Document".)
Print
Execute printing on the screen of Salesforce or temporarily save a form and execute printing from the Web page of Canon Business Imaging Online.
Authenticated Print
Temporarily save a form and log in to Canon Business Imaging Online from the control panel of the device to execute printing.
Transfer and Print
When the user creating forms and the user printing forms differ, you can set transferred printing. The user that prints forms can only receive the documents transferred to them from a user registered as the transfer source.
Auto Batch Print
Send form document data from Salesforce, and print forms with Print Services on the specified date/time.
