You can increase the security of authentication passwords.
This machine has functions that require user authentication to use. To maintain the security of the passwords entered for user authentication, you can set rules for the characters that can be used in passwords and limit the length of strings.
You can also restrict logging in for a certain period of time if authentication fails.
The security settings are applied to the following functions.
User management function*1
Password for SMS (Service Management Service)*2

Only when using User Authentication. The security policy about using the default password only applies to the Administrator.

The setting determining whether the default password is allowed to be used and the password expiration period are not supported.
