The personal folder is the destination which can be specified for each user. This setting can only be set when performing user management with User Authentication.
The personal folder enables you to prevent information leakage which occurs while sending, such as to a wrong destination.
This section explains necessary settings you need to specify before using personal folders. For more information on sending files to personal folders, see "Setting Your Personal Folder as the Destination."
