Setting the Memory Lock Mode

You can set to store received fax documents in the Memory RX Inbox without printing them. You can later check the received documents in the Memory RX Inbox, and print or send them as necessary.

If you set [Fax Memory Lock] to 'On', you can specify the settings for <Fax Memory Lock> for the Memory RX Inbox as necessary. (See "Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings" and "Memory RX Inbox.")

IMPORTANT
To receive documents in memory, you must first set [Use Fax Memory Lock] or [Use I-Fax Memory Lock] to 'On'. (See "Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings.") You cannot store received documents in the Memory RX Inbox in the following cases. (These numbers may vary depending on the remaining capacity of the hard disk.) When a total of 2,000 documents have been stored in the Fax/I-Fax Inbox When a total of 6,000 pages have been stored in the Fax/I-Fax Inbox

IMPORTANT

You cannot store received documents in the Memory RX Inbox in the following cases. (These numbers may vary depending on the remaining capacity of the hard disk.)

When a total of 2,000 documents have been stored in the Fax/I-Fax Inbox

When a total of 6,000 pages have been stored in the Fax/I-Fax Inbox
