You can manually print the list of the selected Address List whenever necessary.
An optional product is required to use the Fax function. For information on the optional products required to use the Fax function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."
The items printed for the list and a description of each item are indicated below.
DESTINATION NAME
The name of the specified destination is printed.
When printing the contents of a one-touch button, the number of the one-touch button is printed on the first line.
CLASS
The specified destination's class (transmission mode) is printed.
DESTINATION ADDRESS
If the Class is "FTP," "SMB," or "WebDAV" (file server):
The host name is printed on the first line, and the folder path on the second line.
If the Class is "I-FAX" or "E-MAIL":
The I-fax address or e-mail address is printed.
If the Class is "FAX":
The fax number is printed on the first line, and the subaddress on the second line, if it is specified.
If the Class is "GROUP":
The destinations stored in the group address are printed on the second line and continue down in a list.
If a file server is stored in the group address, no additional information is printed on the second line.
NOTE
A list of fax, e-mail, I-fax, file server, and group destinations is printed on the Address Lists.

Printing the Address Lists
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Set Destination] → [Address Lists].
3.
Select one of the address lists 1 to 10 or [One-Touch] → press [Print List].
4.
Press [Yes].
5.
Press [Close].

IMPORTANT
Even if [Manage Address Book Access Numbers] in [Set Destination] (Settings/Registration) is set to 'On', all of the destinations in the selected address list (including those stored with Access numbers) are printed in the Address Lists.
