Printing Reports

You can print various types of reports from the machine, to check settings and logs. Some reports are printed automatically, and some are printed manually. You can also set to print some reports automatically only when an error occurs.
You can print the following types of reports from the machine.
Counter Report
The Counter Report contains the number of pages copied/printed and the number of completed send jobs.
PAGE COUNT LIST
The Page Count List contains the Copy, Scan, and Printer counter information for each department.
PRINT LOG LIST
The Print Log List contains the print job history.
DEVICE INFORMATION DELIVERY DESTINATION LIST
The Device Information Distribution Destination List contains information about registered distribution destinations.
DEVICE INFORMATION COMMUNICATION LOG REPORT
This report is a list which enables you to check the send, receive, and access logs for device information.
SEND JOB LIST
This report is used to check a list of jobs before sending or after sending.
TX REPORT
This report is used to check whether documents were sent correctly to their intended destinations.
FAX TX REPORT/FAX ERROR TX REPORT
This report is used to check whether documents were sent correctly to their intended destinations.
FAX MULTI TX REPORT
This report is used to check whether documents were sent successfully to the intended destinations when a sequential broadcast transmission was performed.
FAX RX REPORT
This report is used to check whether documents have been successfully received.
CONFIDENTIAL FAX INBOX RX REPORT
This report is used to check whether documents have been successfully received in Confidential Fax Inboxes.
COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT REPORT TX/RX
This report is a list which enables you to check the results of all sending and receiving.
FAX ACTIVITY REPORT TX/RX
This report is a list which enables you to check the results of all sending and receiving transactions for the Fax function.
FORWARDING CONDITIONS LIST
You can print the contents of the forwarding settings that have been specified.
REGISTERED LDAP SERVER LIST
You can print the registered LDAP server settings.
ADDRESS LISTS
This report enables you to print and check the contents of the Address List (Address Lists 1 to 10 or one-touch buttons) in [Management Settings] (Settings/Registration).
Store Log Report
You can print the history of file storage.
User Data List
Prints the registration information for Settings/Registration. This is useful for checking settings details.
System Information
You can print the information for the applications installed in MEAP and some system application information.
Mail Box File List
You can print the information for the files stored in a mail box.
IPSec Policy List
You can print a list of the IPSec policies and confirm their priorities.
Printer Report
You can print a configuration page and font list for the PCL or PS Printer.
Initialize All Data/Settings Report
This report is used to check whether all the data and settings have been successfully initialized.

NOTE
The following conditions must be met for a report to be printed:
There is a paper drawer with [Other] in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration) set to 'On'.
One of the following paper sizes is loaded in that paper drawer:
11" x 17"
LGL
LTR
LTRR
The loaded paper is one of the following types:
Plain 1 (17 lb bond to 20 lb bond (64 to 75 g/m2))
Plain 2 (21 lb bond to 24 lb bond (76 to 90 g/m2))
Plain 3 (25 lb bond to 28 lb bond (91 to 105 g/m2))
Recycled 1 (17 lb bond to 20 lb bond (64 to 75 g/m2))
Recycled 2 (21 lb bond to 24 lb bond (76 to 90 g/m2))
Recycled 3 (25 lb bond to 28 lb bond (91 to 105 g/m2))
Thin (14 lb bond (52 to 63 g/m2))
Color (17 lb bond to 21 lb bond (64 to 82 g/m2))
However, if [Consider Paper Type] for Copy is set to 'On' in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration), paper is not fed from paper drawers with color paper specified.
