Job Done Notice
This mode enables you to request e-mail notification from the machine when the current copy job is done. This is especially useful when you are waiting for a large copy job or cascade copying to complete.
IMPORTANT
To be able to set [Job Done Notice], you must first store your e-mail address in the Address Book. (See "Registering an E-Mail Address.")

1.
Press [Copy].
2.
Press [Options] → [Job Done Notice].
3.
Select the destination for the job done notice → press [OK] → [Close].
If you select a destination that is stored with an access number, press [Access No.] and then enter the access number using - (numeric keys). If you press [Addresses without Access Number], the destinations that are not managed with an access number are displayed.
NOTE
For instructions on selecting a destination, see "Specifying Destinations Using the Address Book (Local)."
To display [Access No.], set [Manage Address Book Access Numbers] to 'On'. (See "Setting the Address Book.")
