Mail Box File List

You can manually print the Mail Box File List whenever necessary.
The items printed for the report and a description of each item are indicated below.
BOX NO./NAME
Prints the number and name of the mail box.
FILE TYPE
Prints the color mode and the existence of print settings of the files stored in the mail box.
FILE NAME
Prints the file name of the files stored in a mail box.
PAPER SIZE
Prints the paper size of the files stored in a mail box.
PAGES
Prints the number of pages of the files stored in a mail box.
USER
Prints the name of the user who stored the file in a mail box.
DATE & TIME
Prints the date and time (in 24-hour notation) when the file is stored in a mail box.
Printing Mail Box File List
1.
Press [Access Stored Files] → [Mail Box].
2.
Select the desired Mail Box → press [Print List].
NOTE
Even if you sort the list of stored files by pressing [Name] or [Date/Time], the list of files will be printed in the order that the files were stored in the mail box.
3.
Press [Yes].
