DEVICE INFORMATION COMMUNICATION LOG REPORT

You can select to print the Device Information Communication Log Report manually or automatically.
The send, receive, and access logs can also be printed separately.
You can also select to either print the Device Information Communication Log Report after the number of send and receive transmissions reaches 100, or specify to print it at a specified time.
The items printed for the report and a description of each item are indicated below.
START TIME
Prints the date and time (in 24-hour notation) when device information communication started. (An asterisk (*) indicates that a report has already been printed.)
END TIME
Prints the date and time (in 24-hour notation) when device information delivery/reception completed.
TYPE
The type of device information is printed. The types of information are: delivered; received; and accessed.
TO/FROM
Prints the delivery destination if the device information was delivered.
Prints the delivery source if the device information was received.
Prints the location that was accessed if the device information was accessed.
DATA DETAILS
Prints the device information that was delivered/received.
RESULT
Prints "OK" or "NG."
OK:
Distribution/reception was completed successfully.
NG:
Distribution/reception failed. The error code is also printed.
IMPORTANT
Only an administrator can output the Device Information Communication Log Report. (See "Administrator Settings.")

Press (Settings/Registration).

Press [Management Settings] → [Device Management] → [Device Information Distribution Settings].

Press [Communication Log].

Press [Report Settings] → specify each setting.
If you want to specify detailed print settings, press [Report Settings].
<Auto Print (100 Transmissions)>:
Press [On] to automatically print the Communication Management Report when the number of send and receive transmissions reaches 100.
<Specify Print Time>:
To print the report at a specified time, press [On] → enter the time using - (numeric keys).
Enter all four digits of the time (including zeros), using 24-hour notation.
Examples:
7:05 a.m.
→0705
11:18 p.m.
→2318
If you make a mistake when entering the time, press (Clear) to clear your entry → enter another four digit number.
If the number of send and receive transmissions exceeds 100 before the specified time, a Communication Management Report of the most recent 100 transmissions is printed.
If you want to print the delivery and reception logs separately, set [Separate Report Type] to 'On'.
NOTE
The device information distribution, reception, and access reports are printed as separate reports.
Press [OK].
To print manually:
Press [Print List].
Press  [Yes].
