You can print a report to check the details of a received fax. The report can be printed each time you receive a fax, or only when a receiving error occurs.

Select the print setting

<Off>

Select if you do not want to print the report.

<On>

Select to print the report each time you receive a fax.

Select to print the report only when a receiving error occurs.

Example:

Result

"OK" indicates that the fax was received successfully while "NG" and three digits (an error code) indicates that the fax communication failed (When an Error Code Appears).
