You can limit use of particular device functions for each user using the Access Management System.
For example, you can restrict Copy/Print functions, such as color and 2-sided printing, or the use of various settings in Settings/Registration.
You can use this function only when ACCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is activated. For information on the optional products required to use ACCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Management Settings] → [License/Other] → [Use ACCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM].
3.
Press [On]→[OK].

NOTE
The ACCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM can be used when SSO-H (Single Sign On H) is being used.
Changes are only effective after you restart the machine (the main power switch is turned OFF, and then back ON). For instruction on restarting (turning the main power switch OFF and then ON) the machine, see "Main Power and Energy Saver Key."
If [Use ACCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM] is set to 'On', you can not use the WSD Scan function.
