The machine uses an authentication system by default for increased security. Therefore, it is necessary to log in to use the Remote UI.

For information on logging in, see "Login Methods" and "Logging In with DepartmentID Authentication (When Department ID Management Is Enabled)."

For information on your user account (user name and password), contact the Administrator. For information on the adminstrator settings of the machine, see "Setting Administrators."

The IP address information for IPv4 assigned to the machine is also required to access the Remote UI. Also contact the Administrator for information on the IP address.

The portal page is displayed when you log in from the Remote UI. You can check the current status of the machine on the portal page.
