Sending Faxes from a Computer via the Machine
The following operations and settings are required to send faxes from a computer via the machine.

For information on the system requirements for installing the fax driver, see the following:
System Requirements for Windows

1. Connect the machine to a computer.
To connect via a network
To connect via USB*
*Proceed to step 3 after connecting the machine.
2. Set the machine for the type of network you are using.
For a TCP/IP network
For a NetWare network
For an SMB/CIFS network
For an AppleTalk network
3. Install the fax driver in the computer to use.
