Automatically Deleting Failed Jobs
0CYL-096
You can automatically delete the file from memory when transmission of a file has failed.
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Common Settings].
3.
Press [Delete Failed TX Jobs].
4.
Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] to store the file in memory if the transmission ends in an error. You can resend files whose transmissions have failed, or change the destinations and resend the files from the Status Monitor/Cancel screen. (See "Checking and Canceling Send Jobs.")
IMPORTANT
Even if you set [Delete Failed TX Jobs] to 'Off', fax files sent in the Direct Sending or Manual Sending mode, or sent from computers via the fax driver, do not remain in memory when the transmission ends in an error.
