You can check/print the Device Information Communication Log.
Checking the Communication Log
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Management Settings] → [Device Management] → [Device Information Delivery Settings].
3.
Press [Communication Log].
Check the communication log.
To view the detailed information of a communication log, select the log → press [Details] → [OK].

Press [OK] → [OK].
Printing the Communication Log
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Management Settings] → [Device Management] → [Device Information Delivery Settings].
3.
Press [Communication Log].

Press [Report Settings] → specify each setting.
If you want to specify detailed print settings, press [Report Settings].
<Auto Print (100 Transmissions)>:
Press [On] to automatically print the report when the number of send and receive transmissions reaches 100.
<Specify Print Time>:
To print the report at a specified time, press [On] → enter the time using -  (numeric keys).
The time is displayed in 24-hour notation. Enter the time as a four digit number including zeros.
Examples:
7:05 a.m.
→0705
11:18 p.m.
→2318
If you make a mistake when entering the time, enter another four digit number.
If the number of send and receive transmissions exceeds 100 before the specified time, a report of the most recent 100 transmissions is printed.
If you want to print the delivery and reception logs separately, set [Separate Report Type] to 'On'.
NOTE
Lists can be printed only if LTR paper (plain, recycled, thin, or color) is loaded in a paper drawer that is set to 'On' in [Other] in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration). (See "Enabling Paper Drawer Auto Selection.")
The device information distribution, reception, and access reports are printed as separate reports.
Press [OK].
To print manually:
Press [Print List] → [Yes].

Press [OK] → [OK].
