Check the On/Off setting for the WebDAV Server, Authentication Management for the Advanced Box, and Authentication Type for the WebDAV Server. (See "Settings Common to TCP/IPv4 and TCP/IPv6" and "Setting the Advanced Box to be Open to the Public as a WebDAV/SMB Server.")

If you are connecting from a computer, you may not be able to connect unless the port number is included in the access destination URL.
Check that you can connect using the following method.
- If the SSL is invalid: http://IP address:80/share
- If the SSL is valid: https://IP address:443/share
If the ColorPASS or the imagePASS is attached:
- If the SSL is invalid: http://IP address:18080/share
- If the SSL is valid: https://IP address:18443/share
