The Finishing modes can be selected to collate the outputs in various ways, either by pages or copy sets.

For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products (imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9075 PRO/C9065 PRO)" or "Optional Products (imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7065/C7055)."

• For information on the modes which cannot be set in combination with this mode, see "Combination of Functions Chart."

• The Finishing modes cannot be set if Custom Size, envelopes, transparencies, tracing paper, or labels is selected.

• The Finishing modes cannot be set for paper less than 16 lb bond (60g/m²). Do not select the Finishing modes.

• To cancel this setting, press [Finishing] → [Stop].

• The table below shows all the finishing features that are available with each different unit, and the paper sizes that can be used.

• If the Collate Mode Is Set:

The copies are automatically collated into sets arranged in page order. The output is as follows:

• If the Group Mode Is Set:

All copies of the same original page are grouped together. The output is as follows:

• If the Staple Mode Is Set:

The copies are automatically collated into sets arranged in page order and stapled. The output is as follows:

• If you select [Corner] (Top Left):

• If you select [Double] (Left):

• If you select [Saddle Stitch]:

• The accuracy of folds created in the Saddle Stitch mode may vary, depending on the paper type and the number of sheets.

• To use the Saddle Stitch mode, the original must already be in booklet form, as shown in the illustration above. (See "Booklet Mode.")

• If No Finishing Mode Is Set:

If the Collate, Group, and Staple modes are not set, copies are output as follows:

• If the Hole Punch Mode Is Set:

The machine punches two or three holes in the output.

• To punch holes in tab paper with the Puncher Unit-BF1, Professional Puncher-C1, or Professional Puncher Integration Unit-B1, set the Cover/Sheet Insertion mode.

• If the Fold Mode Is Set:

The output is described below.

• If the Z-Fold Mode Is Set:

The machine Z-folds 11"×17" paper into LTR size, respectively.

• If the C-Fold Mode Is Set:

The LTRR paper is folded three times in a C-fold.

• If you want the printed side to be folded inside, select [Face Up (Reverse)] for [Face Up/Face Down].

• If the Half Fold is selected:

The machine folds LTRR paper into STMT size.

• If the Accordion Z-Fold is selected:

The LTRR paper is folded outward three times.

• If you want the printed side to be folded inside, select [Face Up (Reverse)] for [Face Up/Face Down].

• If the Saddle Fold is selected:

The machine folds a paper, such as 11"×17" and LTRR, into half of its size.

• The Saddle Fold mode can be set only if 2-Sided Copying is set.

• If the Booklet Finisher-A1 is attached, a maximum of five sheets can be folded together and output.

• If the Booklet Finisher-B1 is attached, one sheet is folded and output at a time.

• If the Double Parallel Fold is selected:

The LGL/LTRR paper is folded outward 4 times.

• If you want the printed side to be folded inside, select [Face Up (Reverse)] for [Face Up/Face Down].

• If the Rotate 90 Degrees Mode Is Set:

If the copies are of the same size, the sheets are automatically collated into sets arranged in page order, and are output in alternating directions as follows:

• If the Offset Mode Is Set:

The copies are slightly offset vertically in the output tray as follows: (You can also specify the number of copy sets to offset.)

• If the side to output is specified:

You can specify whether the printed sheets are face up or face down, press [Face Up/Face Down] and select from the following:

• If the Trim Mode Is Set:

The edges of Saddle Stitched sheets are trimmed.

• You can set [TRIM] only if you select [Saddle Stitch].
