- This mode can be used only for printing a file stored in a mail box.
- To use the Superimpose Image mode, the image form must be stored in the machine beforehand. (See "Image Form.")
- Up to 100 image forms can be stored. However, this number varies depending on the free space of the hard disk.

- The Superimpose Image mode cannot be used with files including images with resolution of less than 600 × 600 dpi.
- Printing performance may not be optimal in the Superimpose Image mode, depending on the content of the file and image form.
- The density of CMYK format images for Superimpose Image may become lighter when printing with the Superimpose Image mode.
