  1. Select the desired Mail Box.
  1. Select the file that you want to print → press [Print] → [Change Print Settings] → [Finishing].

  1. Press [Group (Same pages)].

If you want to make hole punches, press [Hole Punch].

  • If the Puncher Unit-BF1 is attached to the finisher, press [Hole Punch] → select the type of hole punch.
  • If only the Professional Puncher-C1 is attached, the punch die name that is set in the Professional Puncher-C1 is displayed. Check that the displayed punch die is the one you want to use. If you want to use another punch die, see the instruction manual for the Professional Puncher-C1. (If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9075 PRO/C9065 PRO)
  • If you press [Hole Punch] with both the Puncher Unit-BF1 and Professional Puncher-C1 attached, [Finisher Puncher] and [Puncher Unit] with the punch die name that is set in the Professional Puncher-C1 are displayed. Select either of them → press [OK].
    If you want to replace the punch die that is set in the Professional Puncher-C1 with another punch die, see the instruction manual for the Professional Puncher-C1. (If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9075 PRO/C9065 PRO)

To print a PDF file with [Hole Punch] set, select the location of the binding holes → press [OK].

If you want to fold, press [Fold] → select the fold type → press [OK].

If you want to select Face Up/Face Down, press [Face Up/Face Down].

  • If you select [Rotate 90 Degrees]:

  • If you select [Rotate 90 Degrees]:
  • Press [Change] → select [LTR] or [LTRR].
  • [Rotate 90 Degrees] can be selected only in the following cases:
  • If the available paper size is selected manually
  • If the available paper size is loaded in both the horizontal and vertical directions
  • The selected drawer must have [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] set to 'On'. (See "Setting the Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off.")
  • If there is no paper which can be rotated, the output will be collated.
  • Press [OK].

  1. Press [OK].
  1. Press [Start Printing].
