To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can specify settings for the time until files in all of the mail boxes are deleted automatically, as well as whether to print upon storing from the printer driver.

• If these settings have been previously specified for individual mail boxes, the settings set in [Settings for All Mail Boxes] are given priority, regardless of password settings for each mail box.

• If settings for individual mail boxes are changed after specifying settings in [Settings for All Mail Boxes], the settings for each individual mail box are given priority.

1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Store/Access Files] → [Mail Box Settings] → [Settings for All Mail Boxes].

2. Specify each setting → press [OK].

<Time Until File Auto Delete>:
Press [] or [] to set the time that has to elapse before files in the selected Mail Box are automatically deleted.

<Print upon Storing from Printer Driver>:
You can select whether to print a file when it is sent from a computer and stored in a mail box. To print the file when it is stored in a mail box, select [On].

3. Press [OK].
