Using the MEAP Driver for External USB Memory Device Connections

To "Settings/Registration Table"

Depending on the type of MEAP application that uses external USB memory device, you may need to set this setting to 'On'. To check whether you need to set this setting to 'On', see the manual for the MEAP application you are using. Or, contact your local authorized Canon dealer.

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Preferences] → [External Interface] → [USB Settings] → [Use MEAP Driver for External USB Device].
  1. Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].
