To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can delete all personal spaces in the Advanced Box and delete folders and files stored in shared space.

1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Store/Access Files] → [Advanced Box Settings].

2. Delete data in the Advanced Box.

• To delete all personal spaces:

• To delete all personal spaces:

• Press [Delete All Personal Spaces].

• To select and delete a personal space that a user has created, use the Remote UI. For more information, see "Specifying the Advanced Box Settings," in "Remote UI." The Advanced Box administrator can also delete the folders/files created by general users by connecting directly to the Advanced Box from Windows Explorer on a computer.

• To delete folders and files stored in shared space:

• Press [Initialize Shared Space].

• To select and delete a folder inside a shared space, use the Remote UI. For more information, see "Specifying the Advanced Box Settings," in "Remote UI."

3. Press [Yes].
