User Access Control for Advanced Box is an authentication application that enables you to perform user authentication when you want to access the Shared/Personal Space in the Advanced Box with authentication management and to use the SMB Print function when SMB authentication is set. The administrator can set access privilege for the general user for the Shared/Personal Space to restrict access and output of data for each user.

• To set SMB authentication, set [Use SMB Authentication] in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration) to 'On'. (See "SMB and WINS Settings.")
