Flow of Settings/Registration Operations

This section describes the flow of Settings/Registration screen when the Card Reader-C1/Copy Card Reader-F1 is attached.

Remark
  • To perform this procedure, you must have administrator privileges. The default setting for both the System Manager ID and System Password is '7654321'. Change the System Manager ID and System Password before performing the procedures. For instructions on specifying the System Manager Settings, see "Settings/Registration" and "Security."
  • Settings specified from the Settings/Registration screen are never changed when you press (Reset).

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Log In].
  1. Enter the System Manager ID and System Password → press [OK].
  1. Press [Management Settings] → [User Management] → [Department ID Management].
  1. Select the desired setting.
  1. Specify the desired settings → press [OK] → [Close].
  • If there is an item with a restriction set to 'Off' in [Limit Functions] in [Register PIN], the Main Menu screen is displayed on the touch panel display after the machine starts up. In this case, to operate on the Settings/Registration screen, perform the procedures from step 1 without inserting the control card.
