To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can register up to nine combinations of favorite copy settings.

1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Copy] → [Register/Edit Favorite Settings].

• If you are registering/editing a size key:

• If you are naming a size key:

• If you are deleting a size key:

• If you are registering/editing a size key:

• Select a size key ([M1] to [M9]) to register/edit copy settings → press [Register].

• Press [OK].

If you select a key without settings, a screen asking for your confirmation to store the settings appears → press [Yes].

If you select a key that already has favorite settings stored in it, a screen asking for your confirmation to overwrite the previous settings appears → press [Yes].

• If [Check Content] is pressed, the registered settings are displayed.

• Once favorite settings button is registered, you can register a name and comment to the favorite settings button by pressing [Rename].

• If you are naming a size key:

• Select a size key ([M1] to [M9]) to name → press [Rename].

• If [Check Content] is pressed, the registered settings are displayed.

• You can also name buttons with no settings stored in them.

• Enter a new name → press [OK].

• If you are deleting a size key:

• Select the size key to delete → press [Delete].

• Confirm the contents to be deleted.

• Press [OK].

• The name for settings button is not deleted. To change the name, see "Favorite Settings Button on the Copy Screen."
