You need the optional USB Direct Print Kit (for PDF) or PS Printer Kit.

<Short File Name>Shortens a file name to as few as 12 characters including the file extension such as ".jpg". To distinguish files that have similar names, numbers such as "~1" or "~2" are added at the end of the file names.
<Long File Name>Displays a file name up to 20 characters including the file extension. Note that a file name that is too long may omit the file extension on the display.
Select to restore the USB Print settings that you specified in <Change Default Settings> to the factory defaults.
