Printing on Plain Paper, Heavy Paper, or Index Card

Confirming usable paper

This printer can print plain paper (16.0 to 23.9 lb Bond (60 to 90 g/m²)) and heavy paper (24.0 lb Bond to 73.6 lb Cover (91 to 199 g/m²)) of the following sizes or Index Card.

*3	Custom size paper that is 8.27 to 8.50 in. (210.0 to 215.9 mm) wide and 11.00 to 14.00 in. (279.4 to 355.6 mm) long can be used for 2-sided printing. (Heavy paper of 44.5 to 73.6 lb Cover (121 to 199 g/m²)) cannot be used for 2-sided printing.)
*4	If you are using the UFR II printer driver, you can load custom size paper that is 5.83 to 8.50 in. (148.0 to 215.9 mm) wide and 5.83 to 8.50 in. (148.0 to 215.9 mm) long also in landscape orientation.

Recycled paper can also be used.
