You can manually print the User's Data List whenever necessary.
For information on the optional products required to use the Fax function, see
"Optional Products Required for Each Function."The following two types of User's Data Lists are available:
Receive/Forward
Prints all information related to faxes, reception, and forwarding stored in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration).
Send/Receive
Prints all information related to faxes, sending, and reception stored in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration).
Network
Prints all information related to the network stored in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration).

(Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Receive/Forward] → [Output Report].
Printing the User Data List for Receive/Forward:
Press [TX/RX User Data List].
Press [Yes].
Printing the User Data List for Fax:
Press [Fax User Data List].
Press [Yes].
