Ordering Instructions:

Customers should work with their Canon Authorized Dealer for help on configuring and ordering equipment under this contract.

• Please reference State of Georgia contract # 99999-001-SPD0000207-007 on all orders.
• Each order needs to list the Authorized Dealer who assisted with the sale and who will provide service on the equipment.
• Orders for lease must also include the Agency Agreement and a detailed Attachment 1 for contract price verification.
