Editing a Personal Button/Shared Button

This section describes how to rename and delete registered Personal buttons/Shared buttons. As an example, the procedure for renaming and deleting Personal buttons is explained in this section.
1.
Press (Quick Menu).

Press .
3.
Press [Edit Buttons].
If you are editing the button name:
If you are deleting a Personal button:
If you are editing the button name:
Select [Personal] → select the Personal button to change → press [Rename].
Edit the button name and comment → press [OK].
NOTE
For instructions on entering the button name and comment, see "Registering a Personal Button/Shared Button."
Press [Close].
If you are deleting a Personal button:
Select [Personal] → select the Personal button to delete → press [Delete].
Press [Yes].
Press [Close].
NOTE
The Administrator can delete the button information by logging in to the User Setting Information Management Service page from the Web browser. (See "User Setting Information Management (User Setting Information Management Service).")
