Adding Comments When Printing PDF Files

You can set whether to print the comments in PDF files.

Remark
  • For information on the modes which cannot be set in combination with this mode, see "Combination of Functions Chart."
  • This mode is only available for printing files stored in the Advanced Box, Network, and Memory Media.
  • This mode can be used for printing a PDF file.
  • As an example, the procedure to select and print a file stored in the Advanced Box is explained in this section.

  1. Select the desired Space.
  1. Display the level for the file you want to print.
  1. Select the file that you want to print → press [Print] → [Options].
  1. Press [Print Comments].
  1. Set how to print the comments.

Details of each item are shown below.

[Auto]: Only the comments set to be printed in the PDF file are printed.
[Do Not Print]: Comments are not printed.
  1. Press [OK].
