You can embed text such as user name, date/time, and device name on the output. You can analyze who, when, and with which machine the file was output using Document Scan Code Analyzer for MEAP.

• You can analyze the embedded text using Document Scan Code Analyzer for MEAP that is supplied with this kit. For more information, see the manual for the Document Scan Code Analyzer for MEAP.

1. Select the desired Mail Box.

2. Select the file that you want to print → press [Print] → [Change Print Settings] → [Options].

3. Press [Document Scan Lock].

4. Press [Tracking Information].

5. Press [Set].

Information such as user name, date/time, and device name is embedded.
