Adding Files (Scan and Store)

  1. Select the desired memory media.
  1. Display the level where you want to add a file → press [Edit File].

  1. Press [Add Files (Scan and Store)].

The Scan Settings screen is displayed.

  • If you set [Use Scan Function] to 'Off', you cannot select [Add Files (Scan and Store)]. (See "Restricting the Storing and Printing of Files.")
  1. Place your originals → select the desired scan settings → scan your originals and store them as a file.
