You can print and delete the divided data while the machine is receiving the divided data.

1. Press [Memory RX Inbox] on the Memory RX Selection screen → press [Divided Data RX Inbox].

2. Select the data to delete → press [Delete].

To delete the document without printing it, deselect [Print When Deleted].

If you force the machine to print the document which is being deleted, only the data which has already been received is combined to form the document. Data which can be combined to form complete pages is printed, and any remaining data is deleted without being printed.

• If you delete the divided data, it cannot be combined to form a document even if the remaining divided data is received later.

• As the divided data is not valid image data, it will not be printed correctly.

• If the divided data is deleted while the forwarding settings or the Memory Lock mode is being set to the divided data, any process for the forced printed image will not be performed.
