When the machine receives a large I-fax document which has been divided into several parts before being sent, the Divided Data RX Inbox stores the divided data, and automatically combines it into a single I-fax document. After the document has been combined, it is printed, forwarded, or stored in the Memory RX Inbox in the same way as when a regular I-fax document is received.

• If it takes longer than 24 hours to receive all the parts of a divided I-fax data, only the received data is processed and you cannot receive the rest. For information on the timeout setting, see "Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings"

• If the message prompting you to enter the password appears, enter the number registered in [Memory RX Inbox PIN] in [Set Fax/I-Fax Inbox] in [Common Settings] in [Receive/Forward] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration). (See "Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings.")
