If <RX Password> is set in [Fax Settings], documents can be received only from senders that use the correct password. Confirm this with your System Manager. (See "Setting the Receive Password.")

Is there sufficient available memory?
Delete unnecessary documents and documents with errors from memory to increase the amount of available memory. (See "Fax/I-Fax Inbox" and "Access Stored Files.")
Delete unwanted documents from the Memory RX Inbox. (See "Fax/I-Fax Inbox.")
The quality of printed originals is uneven.
Is the platen glass of the sender's machine clean?
Make a few copies using your machine. If the copies are not streaked, the problem is in the sending party's machine. Contact the sender and ask them to send the document again.
