Setting the Time Until a Hold Job is Automatically Deleted

To "Settings/Registration Table"

ou can set the time that has to elapse before hold jobs are automatically deleted. A hold job is automatically deleted after a certain period of time has elapsed following the last job operation, such as submitting a hold hob or editing the job ticket.

Remark
  • If you change the current date and time on the machine, the time taken for the hold job to be automatically deleted is affected.

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Hold] → [Time Until Hold Job Auto Delete].
  1. Press [] or [] to set the time until hold jobs are automatically deleted → press [OK].
