To "Settings/Registration Table"

When a login service is used, you can set whether to use SMTP authentication for each logged in user.

Remark
  • If is pressed on the top right [Scan and Send] screen and then [Set SMTP Authentication] from the displayed menu is selected, you can register the user name and password for the logged in user.

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Send] → [E-Mail/I-Fax Settings] → [Use SMTP Authentication for Each User].
  1. Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].
