To "Settings/Registration Table"

If the machine is connected to a network that is online, scanning is not possible with the Copy or Scan and Store function. By setting Auto Offline to 'On', the machine automatically goes offline when the Auto Clear mode initiates.

1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Scan Settings] → [Auto Offline].

2. Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].

• If Auto Offline is set to 'On', the machine automatically goes offline when the specified time for [Auto Reset Time] in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration) has elapsed. If the Auto Reset mode is not set (the Auto Reset Time is set to '0'), the machine automatically goes offline after approximately two minutes. (See "Auto Reset Time.")
