Feeder Jam Recovery Method

To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can specify the method for restarting scanning of documents when a paper jam occurs in the feeder.

For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function (imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9075 PRO/C9065 PRO)" or "Optional Products Required for Each Function (imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7065/C7055)."

Remark
  • [Feeder Jam Recovery Method] is displayed only when the Duplex Color Image Reader Unit-A1 is attached.

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Scan Settings] → [Feeder Jam Recovery Method].
  1. Select [From 1st Page] or [From Stopped Original] → [OK].

Details of each item are shown below

[From 1st Page]: If a paper jam occurs in the feeder, scanning starts again from the first page of the document.
[From Stopped Original]: If a paper jam occurs in the feeder, scanning starts again from the page of the document scanning was interrupted.
  • The [From Stopped Original] setting is disabled for the Fax and Scan and Send functions. If a paper jam occurs in the feeder, start scanning again from the first page of the document.
