To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can set the standard print settings for the machine. The Standard Local Print Settings are used in the following cases:

  • If you print stored files in a mail box using Remote UI

Remark
  • To change the default settings for Access Stored File, see "Specifying the Stored File Settings."

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Print Settings] → [Local Print Default Settings].
  1. Select the desired standard local print settings for each mode → press [OK].

Details of each item are shown below.

  • [Select Paper]:
Select the paper source.
  • [No. of Prints]:
Set the number of copies from 1 to 9,999 sets.
  • [Finishing]:
Set the type of collating.
  • [Print on Both Side]:
Set whether to perform two-sided printing.
  • [Delete File After Printing]:
Set whether to delete a document from memory after it prints.
  • [Merge Files and Print]:
Set whether to merge documents, if you select multiple documents that are stored in a mail box for printing.
