To "Settings/Registration Table"

If your originals have black streaks or appear dirty after scanning them through the feeder, clean the rollers of the feeder.

For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function (imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9075 PRO/C9065 PRO)" or "Optional Products Required for Each Function (imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7065/C7055)."

Remark
  • This procedure is necessary only if the Feeder is attached.
  • It takes approximately 20 seconds to clean the feeder.

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Adjustment/Maintenance] → [Maintenance] → [Clean Feeder].
  1. Place 10 sheets of blank paper into the feeder → press [Start].

Make sure that you fan the sheets of paper well.

Load plain LTR paper.

When cleaning is complete, try scanning again.

  • To Stop Clean Feeder while it is in progress, press [Cancel].
