To "Settings/Registration Table"

You can set whether priority is given to color or black-and-white printing for the first print time.

  1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Adjustment/Maintenance] → [Adjust Action] → [Color Black Priority for First Print Time].
  1. Select [Color Priority] or [Black Priority] → Press [OK].
  • The settings are only effective after the first job is processed and you have restarted the machine (by turning the main power switch OFF and then ON again). For instructions on restarting (turning the main power switch OFF and then ON) the machine, see "Before You Start Using This Machine."
